Ingredients
Bass Fillets (1-2 per person)
Olive oil for frying
3 Spring Onions, sliced
1 cm cube of fresh ginger, grated
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and on a medium heat soften the onions and the ginger. When soft remove from the pan and set aside.
- Place the bass fillet in the same pan, skin side down and fry until the flesh turns white (approx 4 mins). Flip the fillets to brown the top and sprinkle with the onion and ginger.
- Serve with your choice of potatoes, rice or noodles.
