Ingredients
500g Fish Pie Mix
1 Tub Creme Fraiche
500g Mashed Potato
1 Bunch Parsley
2 Shallots
1 tsp English Mustard
Method
- Chop the parsley and shallots and mix together with the creme fraiche, fish pie mix and the mustard.
- Season to taste and put into an oven proof dish.
- Top with the mashed potato and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 40 minutes.
