Julia’s Easy Fish Pie


500g Fish Pie Mix

1 Tub Creme Fraiche

500g Mashed Potato

1 Bunch Parsley

2 Shallots

1 tsp English Mustard



  1. Chop the parsley and shallots and mix together with the creme fraiche, fish pie mix and the mustard.
  2. Season to taste and put into an oven proof dish.
  3. Top with the mashed potato and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 40 minutes.
